  1. why not make your own?

  2. If you want one fast and hot look and see if there s a Quiznos chain there

  3. Put it on a tour bus or on the underground.

My "toastie sandwich" is particularly fond of the Central Line.

  4. if you are near to Cambridge circus pop into Cafe 1 on the corner near Fopp

  5. Brown's cafe in Covent Garden (not Brown's Restaurant in the the old magistrate's court).  Go to the crossroads where there is a Tesco on the corner.  Walk down the road which the right hand side (if facing the supermarket) of the shop is on.  It has a yellow awning and makes nice sandwiches.  They're niec people too.

There's another cafe between Gower Street and Tottenham Court Road that does good sandwiches.  It is on the road that has Barclay's and Habitat on either side of it (it is a one way street, if walking against the traffic it is on the left of the road).

  6. Go to Benjy's, they do ok toasties, or just to any sandwich shop dotted around on every corner.  I wouldn't recomment Quiznos though, ooohhh nasty...I went there last week as Subway had a que and they didnt.......now I know why there was no que....horrible. They dont put on salad, the beef was really laced with grissle and fat......they dont do the chilli in a bread cup like they do in america.....very poor.  I like a cheese and onion toastie......oh actually.....if you know where there is a Ponty's, they do a good toastie.....now your making me hungry.
