Where do u get a work permit for working when 15?

i live in the uk and got told i need i work permit because i am young

you get one at school in the office.

this happens in most cases go ask your school counselor and he/she will give you a paper for your parents and yourself have to sign then u have to take that to your bank and get signed then take to your job
