Personally, I don't think there's just one place. There are so many amazing places to visit. I would love to visit Italy. It has a beautiful countryside, food, wine, and people. It depends on the person I guess :)

Japan. Somewhere serene like Gifu, or on top of mount Fuji. It is truely breath-taking.

For pure natural beauty, the kind of place that you can't take your eyes off of it.  Of the places I've been, I'd have to say the Grand Canyon, the Sedona Arizona "area" would be a close second.

Another place I really like in the US is the waterways, bays, islands etc.. that make up the Pacific NW coast from the San Juan Islands in Puget Sound up to Skagway Alaska.
