that king-king bla....... is lying because the ferry port is not at viridian ,its at vermilian at ride that ferry but remmember.the ticket can be used once only.so get ready first

Go to Vermillion City. Go down, then left until you come to a wooden walkway that goes over water.

Go along the walkway until you come to a man standing at the end. Talk to him and flash the ticket.

The ticket allows you to get to Naval Rock, where Lugia and Ho-oh are situated.  These Pokemon are hard to catch, so before you go, prepare yourself with lots of Ultra Balls or Master Balls if you have any. Also, take Full Restores and Revives in case your Pokemon faint. You only have one chance to go here so you MUST go prepared to catch these 2 legends.

The ticket is only obtained in an event or through Action Replay.

if you go to vermillion city, go to the port, go down until your standing in front of the sailer  and speak to him he will ask you for your ticket and you will be asked if you want to show it  if you do he will take the ticket and take you to your desired location. It will take you to navel rock where you will face off against ho-oh and lugia individually. You can only use it once so be careful and go prepared. ok go to viridian city and go to the sail guy and he will take the ticket and take you to the place lol d**n i mean vermillian city sorry bro i got mixed up
