where do you adjust the Idle for 92 toyota tercel

You adjust it at the throttle linkage cable connection, this is located at the throttle body, the 2 metal braided lines attaching to the side of the throttle plate (the place you grab under the hood when you want to rev your motor. make a mark on the nuts before you loosen them, then using 2 wrenchs release the screws, moving away to raise idle, towards the throttle body to lower. I suggest doing this one turn at a time, but why is your idle low anyways.
