Where do you buy Diploma frame?

Where do you buy a frame to put a College diploma in?

(They sell them at the school for $65, so I'm trying to find a better price. Honestly, do you have $65 for a thin piece of glass surrounded in wood? I don't.) I'm trying to find something in the $20-35 range.
