Where do you buy Senna Tea in Winnipeg?

I'm in Ontario,the Bulk Barn,not sure if it's also in your province,has carried Uncle Lee's Dieter Tea(it has senna in it) in the past.You can order it via their website as well.A health food store may also be able to order it for you.
