Where do you buy gelatin for pastiage?

Any supermarket will carry it. You may find it in the same aisle as Jell-o or pudding, or in baking supplies.  One strange supermarket I used to go to had it right next to the bread.  Anyway, the most famous gelatin is Knox.  You can get it in a box of packets.  Just ask at the Help Desk and they can tell you where to find it.
