A.C. Moore has it, too. Probably any local art supply store.

Hobby Lobby or any arts and crafts store. It is just a small bottle of ink that looks like the bottles they used to have in the old days when they would write with  feathers.

I bought my last bottle from Michael's. It was in the calligraphy section. Just about any major art supply house should have it.
