Any office supply stores (staples, office depot, etc) or large department stores such as target, fred meyer or walmart will have them.

We bought our shredder direct from the manufacturer (Vecoplan). It shreds 20,000 pounds an hour.  

Don't waste your money on those little shredders.  They are slow and built to be replaced and worst of all are a security risk.
