Where do you buy this binder?

Question

Last year everyone had these really cool binders. You know how they have the clear plastic on the spine,front, and back so you can slide stuff in and still see it on the front. Well these ones instead of being white they where like blue, purple, and pink ,but still clear so you can still put stuff behind it and be able to see. I don't know where they got these and no one can remember now so do you know where someone might have gotten these??

They sell these at Walmart, but hurry because last year they were sold out like a month before school started.
