  1. For your body it is best to run on softer surfaces like the park or trials. But in the end it has to be on the surface that you prefer or is near where you live. Sometimes it is better mentally to be away from a track.


  2. the track is at my school which is like 15 minutes away so i cant go there like at all with the gas prices and i only run on the track when im in school. i run around the block like 1 1/2 - 2 miles a day. i like the senery

  4. umm i usually run on the road sidewalk and a track but be careful on hard surfaces!!

  5. urmm A bit of both i go up my village hill. and then go down a sidewalk.
