Aggron is not in the wild. You can catch aron at fuego ironworks with the pokeradar but it's rare.

get a an aron and train it to get lairon(lvl 32) and aggron(lvl 42)

You cant find any 3rd evoloution in the wild. You have to evolve from a lairon.
