Where do you find Cement Adhesive?

Hello, I use to use touch-n-bond and it worked great, but now I can't find that product anywhere. I need something similar that molds like clay and dries very hard, and can be painted. It needs to be an adhesive because I use it like a strong glue. Anyone know something I could use? Thank you.

Liquid Nails works for me it is one of the strongest adhesives I use on m y construction jobs good Luck

there a lot of epoxy materials that will do this, check at home depot or Lowe's.
