Where do you find a pattern for the little short, tight shirts that go under a sari??

I don't want to buy one (unless I can get one really cheap). But I can sew and would love to make a few. My friend is coming to visit me at the end of September and she is bringing her sari and I want to wear mine, but have no shirt to go underneath!

make up a pattern with paper I'm sure you could figure it out and use a spandex material or go buy boy shorts in the lingerie department
