Where do you find the best freebies on the internet?

I am a single, disabled, stay home mom of three trying to make ends meet and freebies help us alot when we are down to the last drop of shampoo or laundry detergent. I was wondering if anyone knew the best freebie sites that have actually freebies, not with shipping and handling fees, or the ones where you sign up and pay later, or those with a credit card requirement. I have no credit cards and don't believe in them. Somebody told me once of a freebie site where you get actual sized products and not sample sized. Any ideas? Thanks from another mommy.

Slick deals is my personal favorite for freebies, I've gotten lots of free stuff by using the forums there.  They also have coupons and contests.

I don't know of any sites for free health and beauty products but a site that has helped my wife and I out a lot is freecycle.org.  This is where you can get items that people are getting rid of and where you can give away items that you no longer need.  We have gotten lots of items for our children and even got a stove from a family that was switching from electric to gas.
