Where do you fish in sacramento to catch big fish?

i live in sacramento i dont have a boat and i want to catch bigger fish than at the creeks so where do you fish

take som good sized worms and go 2 the sacramento river thats what i do when i go there.......

and reel it n slowly make the worms look like their swimming
