Where do you get good continental breakfast buffets early mornings in Bangalore?

Am looking for economical places in Bangalore where there is a good continental breakfast served. Preferably the time it starts and the rates also.

Maybe you should try the Atlanta bread bar (Church Street.). Good continental food. Prices are fine. I am not so sure about the buffet thing.

But you can surely get a lunch-buffet at IndiJoe's, Carlton towers, Airport Road. Just Rs. 175/-. Great food. Starts at 12:00 PM dialy. But remember to either go early or book.
