depends on what cruise line you are taking.  Could be from New York or a port in Florida.

Cunard Cruise line which has regular weekly cruises to Europe, England and Spain primarily, cruise out of New York City.  But other cruise lines like Royal  Caribbean, Holland America, Celebrity also do Transatlantic cruises that will leave from one of several ports on the East coast like Miami, New York and Fort Lauderdale.  

England has 3 ports that may be the end of the cruise and in Spain most cruises end in Barcelona.  So you will need to know not only where the port is in the US but also your destination in Europe.
