  1. It's a head mirror, used to reflect light down the patient's throat or into an ear canal or up a nostril. They work best with a special frosted light bulb with a clear circle. They have been largely replaced by direct lights on the forehead.

    No fancy name, just a head mirror or a frontal mirror.
