Do you have a local agway store near you?  Agway usually carries a good variety of farm needs.   I doubt that you have any good tack shops there but you can try googling "tack shops middletown NY"

for english saddles... i mail order, because there is nowhere around here (SD). I actually got a really good close contact saddle off of ebay, you might give it a try.
