Where do you get snowgaburimon in digimon dawn?

I have digimon world dawn and have collected both shamanmon and goburimon, but now I can't seem to find a snowgaburimon. Where can I find data for one?

They're not in Access Glacier? Well, I'm pretty sure Hyogamon is (looks like a blue Ogremon) and it degenerates to SnowGoburimon.

I got my SnowGoburimon from a blue speckled egg :) (It's 1 in 4 chance)
