Where do you get the second gemstone in pokemon fire red games?

Go to Ruin Valley(it's located on six island). There will be a door with words that doesn't makes sense. It saids to use HM CUT on the door. When you open the door drop though that dark black hole. After that there will be four more black holes to drop through. Go up first, right second, left third, and down last. Then a guy will give you the other password for the team rocket warehouse. Find him again in the warehouse to get the other gemstone.
