  1. A local coin shop should have all of them.  The Eisenhower Dollar coin is more common to the collector than is dreamed.  The Franklin Half Dollar (Silver coin) is also available but less so.  The Susan B. Anthony Dollar coin is still being used by the Post Office.  The Kennedy Half Dollar (Silver in 1964, 40% Silver from 1965-1970, clad from then - 1971- on to the present),  Two Dollar bills are usually available from many banks and credit unions especially at Christmas Time (Gifts), and the Presidential dollar coins are still being made and will be for a couple of years.

  2. Never heard of an Eisenhower half dollar, just the regular dollar coin.  These should be available at any coin shop or on EBay.

  3. Flea market coin dealer, some in Banks just ask.

  4. Eisenhower half dollars are no longer in print.  If you want to find them search to buy as a collector, or run by your local bank, they might have something there but I doubt it.  They left print in 1974 to make way for Kennedy's.

Franklin Half has been out of print for a very long time.  You will have to search it as if you were a coin collector and buy it .

Susan B Anthony is still in circulation.  Check you local banks and buy it coin for coin from them or part take in a local vending machine often.

Kennedy Half Dollars are still in print and able to be found at the local bank.  bring in a dollar bill leave with 2 half Kennedy's

2 dollar bills are hard to say.  They are almost exclusively used in drug transactions or by wacky collectors.

presidential one dollar coins are just recently out of print, they were a test project to see if the new coin would spark America to use coins instead of bills.....not sure if its working or not.  You can stop by your local bank and see what they have available.

  5. coin dealer or bank in some cases.
