Where do you go next on the legend of zelda the ocarina of time?

where do you go after your done at the forest temple i can't figure it out

Back to the Temple of Time, and then on to Goron City.

Then u have 2 go 2 catch or race a Goron i cant remember then u go down to the bottom level of goron city and tlk 2 the chief the he shows u a hidden area but your gonna need a Goron Tunic i think u r given 1 but again cant remember its been lik 10 years so im kinda foggy there lol
