Where do you go to get a special court order to drive when you have a DUI?

I have a temporary license for 30 days i can drive with but i need to be able to drive to go to work. They said i can get privleges to drive certain times and where do i go to get that? can i go to the dmv or do i have to wait for court when my temp license is already up

.  Start with the Clerk of the Superior Court. That may be the only stop you need.  The back of the temp license should have instructions (or they came with it).

After court you take the court doccuments to the DMV and they can issue a license with the restrictions listed

Ask your attorney about applying for a hardship license.  He/she will be able to help you in convincing the court that this is needed.  Good luck!
