I'd change all the violence, as well as all the creepy pedophiles who try to hit on anyone with funbags.

I'd add more fitness/rec centers.

There isn't any need to add any more stores than there already are, and I wouldn't add any beaches or theme parks.

Not sure what people I'd add, and laws I'd change would have to do with safety so that everyone can go out worry-free. (Though I doubt that'll happen anytime soon.)

I live in Hampton, VA.  I like my neighborhood because it is quiet.  I would add more sidewalks and parks.  I would not add any stores, we have every store/restaurant under the sun within about a ten minute drive.  We have Busch Gardens and Water Country 20 mins away.  There a few small beaches here in Hampton and VA Beach is 45 minutes away.  We are pretty diverse as far as people too.  It is a nice place to live with lots to do and the traffic isn't "too" bad.  I just wish more people cared about the environment and didn't litter as much and recycled more.  But I think that's anywhere.  Also a little snow in the winter would be nice, it can happen but not often.
