Where do you look to find relatives serving in Iraq when you don't know their regiments etc?

You'll have to ask your relative.  If they don't want to tell you then you cannot find out that information.

You'll have to ask a family member.  Most of us who have access to that information cannot (and would not if we could) disclose it to people who do not have a valid reason for knowing it.
