Where do you play mah jong? (tile game not computer game)?

I am trying to locate a good public local for a mahjongg tourney. We set a $3 purse and a $10 purse.... so churches are out. I am hoping to find a place that is centrally located and willing to let us play well after 10 o'clock at night in or around Lynchburg VA. Suggestions?

I love playing mahjong too. If u want to start a tournament , well u could start with close friends who also like to play mahjong. About the place, u could try someone house (your house, friend house, or book a small restaurant. I don't live in your area, so I can't give suggestion exactly where. But here in my place, we play mahjong at one of our houses.

Oh, u should find a place which is tightly enclosed, coz 'the washing' of tiles is not exactly quiet isn't it? Hope it helps
