Where do you put a picture of a grasshopper?

A friend of my family gave us a painting of a grashopper she did, and she said in Chinese culture, grasshoppers are good luck.

Is there any specifc place that you should put a picture of a grasshopper?

Where ever you want, it's your house and your picture.

While I would not be surprised if there's some ritual location tied to such a gift, I think the mere act of putting it up in your house shows respect enough.

Just put it up where it looks good.
