Where do you put the music player skin??

I'm about to put a music player skin on my myspace but i've never done it before, so i was wondering where u put it? Also i was wondering do they really mess up your myspace, because i've heard some people have that problem..

put the code it gives you into your about me section with all of your other codes

The code for the player goes into your "about me" box. Mine doesn't get messed up, so I don't know where you heard that rumor.
