You can buy an arm strap that it sits in.  Then it won't move and will be right there if you want to change the song.

My pocket works fines. Make sure theres not tons of slack or it will tangle.

THeres arm bands where u just put the mp3 in the little slot and where it on ur wrist you can buy them probably at walmart target any place that sells mp3 players usally ! or put it in your pocket ! good luck

well, I am a female, so normally I shove it in my sports bra.

But for males, you could buy an armband

An arm strap is very secure and the mp3 player or  ipod is out of the way while you run.

I usually put it into my arm band, It's out of the way and better than carrying it...

Plus! You don't have to worry about dropping it!

It always falls out my pocket and I don't have a arm band so....I either hold it in my hand or shove it in my bra.

Arm band works best for me because it is out of the way yet easy to access if I want to skip a song.
