Where do you rank the Redskins' Defense?

i'd rank their offense in the top 5 but couldnt give it an exact number cause im not that familiar with all the other teams right now

yeah hold off on this question til regular season begin. it doesnt matter how many stars you have on your defense its how well they mesh with each other. for ex. the yankees they blow balls but they are all all stars. its all about chemistry

Well, they do have many talented players and with the new addition of Jason Taylor they will be very dangerous this year.  If you have noticed over the past few seasons, even since 1999, the Redskins have ranked in the top 10 defense in many categories.  Last season they did very well once again.  The Redskins ranked 8th on the list in total defense last season.  They allowed 19.4 points per game, 305.2 yards per game, including 310 total points all year.  Their defense has always been talented and in the top 10 each year.  Now I believe that with the added talent of Jason Taylor, they will be a top 5 defense.  They proved in the game last night that they can force turnovers, and get after the QB.  I know it was preseason but they showed great fortitude on defense even getting a saftey.

Okay.. i live in the dc area but im not a skins fan (Nola Saints), but even so based on the fact that the skins d-fenses has been improving over the past 2 years, i'd rank them 7th overall.

Talent wise, #5.  Stats wise #10.  The difference between the two, is their offense will not move the ball well, keep the defense to long on the field, and put them in bad situations.  Their nothing like a time-consuming offense that protects the ball to help the D keep the opponetns out of the end-zone.
