I really love to read skip beat its one of my fav manga , and people are saying that the chapter is in english yet i can't find them at all on the internet .

Search for the 127 raw and you can view it in japanese (it's printed in kana, not kanji, so it's easier to read), and various japanese speakers have posted summaries, but to my knowledge no english scans are out yet, but onemanga.com is pretty good at getting them out so you can keep checking there.
