  1. slow work outs biud it up

  2. Agree with Neo. Start building the teams fitness up and team bonding sessions rugby related or not. A few weeks out from the season you might want to start looking for a couple of pre-season games which don't need to be full length or anything.

  3. Build fitness slowly dont go straight in to really hard work as this could scare players away.try to involve the ball but not to much..Try a twelve minute cooper run see how the players fitness is looking and go from there..Good Luck

  4. start with seasions of fitness and get the rugby ball thrown around so the players can get use to the feel of the ball again. don't go straight into contact work as players will find it harder and won't enjoy it due to their unfitness and their strength will have dropped over summer. Play competitive games to get the comptetive drive of the players back. Get them working together again and get the team moral high

  5. Team bonding and fitness.
