Where do you strike the cue ball to make the 2nd part of this shot?

The ball went off his cue stick that was aimed at the pocket.

The only thing important about this shot is that you miss the heck out of the black so that you get it relatively close to the pocket nearest you, then you hold your cue out so that the ball goes in the pocket off your cue.

About actually making the ball...It's hard to tell you how to shoot it, especially since we never get a good look at how the shot's set up, but yes, a two-rail bank should definitely be possible...I'd recommend just experimenting with it yourself. The black will need to hit the side rail, then the foot rail and then go in the pocket...If the black hits the other side rail after the foot rail, then you'll need to aim more to the right...If it hits the head rail without touching the other side rail, you'll need to aim more to the left...
