I feel sorry for the good people of New Orleans. It was only 3 short years ago when hundreds died and thousands left homeless and now it looks like being a repeat performance. I just hope that this does not happen again and this storm only hits a non populated area. Nature can sometimes be very cruel.

Well, lets hope its a non populated area....but chances are it will hit New Orleans.

The place should not have been rebuilt. Not for businesses and citizens to live there. The ports and oil rig  stations should have been, but thats it. New Orleans should have been rebuilt 25-30 miles inland somewhere-away from the area that is prone to flooding.
