From a teacher with YEARS of experience...go to the Dollar type stores. They have a lot of the things you need there. What you can't find, then go to WalMart. In August WalMart has a lot of good school bargains, but the Dollar Stores usually are pretty awesome. I always bout my rewards stuff the the $$$ stores and the kids liked them.

cvs, rite aid , staples, local grocery stores, target, walmart......... i kno walmart has spiral notebooks for like 5 cents.. and all their other supplies were on sale last week.. so yeah.
