Kind of nervous about this one i am nervous considering it is Katrinas 3 yr mark

  3. It is scary.  Let's hope for the best.  No idea where it may end up going.

Hard to say this far out.  It's track will depend on the strength and movement of an upper level high pressure area over the southeastern U.S.  The hurricane will track around the southwest and western periphery of this upper high, and the hurricanes track will change as the upper high changes.  Right now everyone from at least the upper Texas coast to the Florida panhandle needs to remain aware of the position of Gustav, and make at least early preparations.
