  1. god, seriously. i'm no preist or orthodox believer, just a normal person living a normal life. though when problems rise, i turn to god. and u know what, he actually listens. yea it takes awhile to get out of ur problem, but u eventually do get out of such a mess. trust me, if there is a will there is a way, pray to god.

  2. i totally agree with Jill Z

  3. file for disability, sometimes we have to for go our pride and get on welfare or disability. My sister-in-law has been on it for years with her broken back problems.

  4. Turn to God. He will help.

  5. You raised your daughter, I think you should have no qualms about asking for her assistance right now.  Sleeping on her couch will at least alleviate the $34.00/day at the Motel 6.

I feel you should feel hopeless at this point.  I've felt hopeless at far less of a time of dire straits.  With that said, you do need someone who will keep you positive and your daughter may be the way.

I would also, without overwhelming her/him about your situation - talk to your oncologist; an MD may be linked with organizations through the hospital community that could help.

I do not pray, but am not telling you not to, although that seems to be the consensus with this set of answers / site.  I'm just justifying, that if you "pray your way out of this" after a so called: 'catholic charity' turned you down, get yourself to my doorstep so I can give you a bear hug and you can convert me to "see the light".

    Give your daughter a call.

  6. COntact the local police department.  they will find you shelter.  wish i was there.  no one should be turned away.  God Bless and good luck
