I live in around the Mediteran Sea, i have a house in the forest far away the sea, in high place and trust me it is much better to live near the sea. it is not that you can't worry about the rain but it is not a tragedy. the clime is much better, the food is colorful and delicious. Near the sea you can find the silence and the noise too. Just chose where it is better!

it would be on a horse/cattle ranch. on somewhat of a hill because i wouldn't want to worry about rain. so probably high places. i am terrified of the sea, its so big and has so many scary creatures that could naw your legs off if you go for a quick swim, the sea just reminds me of a place where a realistic "Jaws" would live. I love horses, and i would need cattle and crops to be an income producing asset.
