Where do you watch korean shows?

i do not have a problem on where to watch jdramas since i can download them but does anybody have an idea on where to watch korea variety shows.. stupid youtube has removed ALL or MOST SBS videos in youtube which many uploaders left shock & they gave up!

help me please by recommending sites to watch or sites to download the subs (or raw) or recommending uploders (users of streaming sites)
