Rich guy stay in NY and learn from the people of your city.  Also remember he's asking a question, not for slander or jokes.

How old? I've seen some in hookah lounges, which are found through out the burbs and city.  You can also look to community centers for Muslims or Arabs.  If you are in school join a club, Clubs are for everything.. i.e. Assyrian Club, M.E Club, etc.  You can Google to find out about the community centers, not too sure about the Arab community but I know that most other groups of people offer basketball tournaments and other sports for the different races of people.
