So one women dies in the ER and your going to try and tell me that this and worse doesn't happen in other countries. Oh give me a break.  It's sad but not the end of the world.  The people who are sitting there in this hospital are mental patents, it was hospital for were people who had  mental problems.  I agree that it should never have happened and a number of people were fired because of this.  I just don't understand why the need to say is this the way America is  heading????????  Bad things happen that shouldn't and yes this shouldn't have happened.
