Where does Red Sox Nation begin in New York State? Yaz was from Long Island, the Yankees let him slip away?

over a few dollars. I think that Red Sox Nation begins in New York City. There are a lot of Red Sox fans here who are not Yankees nor Mets fans. Red Sox, keep playing hard.

There are Red Sox fans everywhere, just like there are Yankees fans everywhere.  Sox fan in NY could finally peek out of their hiding places after they finally won 2 Championships in the last 90 years.  They were always there, just ashamed to show themselves.

Now after 9 decades they have something to brag about.
