  1. Very few TV sets have a headphone jack.  So there is no place to plug the headphones or an adapter into it.

It is a simple task to add a headphone jack to your TV set, any TV repair shop can do that for you.  Just have them install a jack which matches to your headphone plug and you won't need an adapter.

  2. Original headphone plugs were 1/4".  Then, as gear become smaller, an 1/8" version of the plug was created.  More downsizing, and then there was a 3/32" version.  All the adapter does is to change one size to another.  But if you don't have a headphone jack on your TV to begin with, no adapter is going to help you.

Now, IF you have left & right (or even a single mono) audio output on your TV that can go to a stereo amp, then you can by an adapter cable which will contain the RCA plugs on one end, and a headphone jack on the other, and then you can plug your headphones into that.

  3. hey  you  need  to  have  an  headphone  out  from  your  TV  other  wise  you  can't  do  that  because  there  is  know  way  to  attach  your  head  phone  to  TV.  once  you  find  that  than  you    have  to  buy   a   converter  that  converts  your  head  phone  pin.  you  can  buy  from  any  electronic   store  in  your  city.
