Where does a Princess sit on the dining table ?

And when the prince and princess fight, is it true that the sit on opposite sides of the table ?

Neither a princess,nor anyone of any breeding for that matter,would dream of sitting on the dining table.They would,of course sit on a chair.

It doesn't matter if they are fighting or not,at a formal dinner,seating is arranged by order of precedence.Husbands aren't seated next to wives.

If one is giving a formal dinner for the Queen,she'd be the guest of honor and would be seated next to the host.The male guest of honor is seated near the hostess.Other royals are seated next to people they will find amusing and charming(hopefully).

If they are on progress with the court then the princess sits to the  left of the queen and the prince sits to the right of the king and no they wouldn't sit on opposites sides if they were in a fight because they wouldn't want people to know.
