My cousin sister who's a GP will usually consult her husband who is also a GP and a specialist.  Such blissful marriage...

Well, it depends on how sick is the doctor. If it's just normal ailment like flu & such then he can treat himself.

If it's more serious then the doctor would go to see another doctor. Probably a better one than him.
