Where does all our waste go from the aeroplane?

It is stored in a tank and mixed with a disinfectant solution ("blue juice").  After landing, a cart pulls up to the plane and swaps out the old, dirty blue juice with clean blue juice.  The dirty stuff is then treated at a sewage treatment plant just like any other type of waste.

The truck, which is sometimes called the "honey wagon," is pumped out into the sewer lines.

The sewage system onboard is controlled by a pneumatic system that uses the natural pressure differential between the airplane's cabin and the external low pressure (at high altitudes).
