    Water evaporates from the rivers, lakes, seas and oceans. It condenses into clouds high up in the atmosphere, and when there's enough moisture condensed, it falls out as rain. Rain feeds the rivers, lakes, seas and oceans with water, and the whole cycle is repeated.
